Great bag - just what I was looking for. Carrie's customer service is exceptional. I needed the bag in a hurry and Carrie went out of her way to ensure I received it in time. Highly recommend both the bag and Carrie!

This is an excellent size and beautiful colour backpack. I especially like the handles so it can look and be carried as a bag which is necessary when visiting and travelling around London. Not too big so can fit in the storage area of museums and galleries. I've had quite a few compliments about it. Really pleased with it.
