Campfire Social are a captivating indie-pop 5 piece from North Wales. They craft a dynamically rich sound bursting with bright harmonies carefully layered over hypnotic melodies. Their honest approach echoes a love of 90’s ‘heart-on-sleeve’ emo culture. At times sobering, a hopeful message prevails; we’re better together.

Tom, Chris, Rhys & Ben answer some of the questions we’ve all been waiting for…
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Chris: Any job worth doing is worth doing badly. If it takes you all that you can to do that little bit, that’s more than enough.
What's your top travel tip?
Ben: Any time you’re flying somewhere, don’t pay your credit card bill. If the plane crash lands, those people will never stop looking for you.
Who is your cartoon hero?
Tom: It’s a three way tie between Doug Funny, Charlie Brown and Spider-Man. If you didn’t start humming the Doug theme tune when you read his name then we can’t be friends.
What would be your theme tune?
Rhys: I Would Die 4 U - Prince
Most amusing thing you’ve done?
Ben: Speaking (really terrible) broken Italian while on tour in Germany. “Me Scusie" apparently isn’t a popular German phrase 🤣
If you could be a pudding what would you be?
Chris: I'd be a CINNAMON BUN!!!!!!!
Cats or Dogs?
Tom: Definitely Dogs!
I’ll spend the whole of your house party in the kitchen talking to your dog. I don’t have anything against cats but I’m horribly allergic to them so we were doomed from the start.
Dream vehicle?
Rhys: A hovercraft!!!
Your favourite childhood game?
Chris: Mario kart!!! Crash bandicoot was also awesome!!!
Tom: Sadly I can’t remember. We enjoyed playing Rambo in the woods & I enjoyed pretending to be a Mighty Duck whilst playing roller hockey in our cul-de-sac.
Rhys: Final Fantasy VII or Screwball Scramble!
Ben: Buckaroo! I had tiny hands so never lost.
Most useless skill?
Rhys: (playing bass 🤣) Retention of tiny details from multiple fantasy novels.
Ben: I can do a pretty good Kermit the Frog impression.
Chris: I can taste the difference between real Coca-Cola and any fake ass wannabees.
Tom: Giving unsolicited advice about things I can’t get right myself!
